Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for healthcare? The Skin and Cancer Institute, a premier dermatology and oncology practice, is seeking a Controller to lead our financial operations at our Corporate Los Angeles office. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations while managing audits and internal controls.
• Lead revenue cycle processes, including billing and payer reimbursements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support the CEO and executive team.
• Mentor a talented accounting team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s prepared in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of healthcare accounting/finance experience, with 3-5 years as a Controller in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in financial and analytics software (e.g., ModMed,Workday, Power BI, Excel advanced functions).
• Expertise in GAAP, financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Lightspeed), and healthcare revenue cycles.
• Demonstrated excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
