What You’ll Do:
- Prepare charts and H/P prior to the surgery.
- Prep equipment and instruments.
- Clean and organize ASC
- These are the binders we need to have up to date in the ASC.
- Logs need to be done on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Requirements:
- Must have experience with verifying insurances, pre-certifications and authorizations.
- Excellent communication skills and excellent work ethic.
- Must be well organized with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be reliable with a friendly phone and in person demeanor.
- Must have experience scheduling patients
- Must be computer literate and have proven customer service skills.
- Handles sensitive patient information with confidentiality to ensure patient privacy per HIPPA Law.
- EMR Experience and in a surgical environment is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel for training.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to take initiative to complete solo projects.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Effective communication and customer service skills
