What You’ll Do:
- Aides in the oversight and flow of the clinic, the interaction of all clinical staff and all daily functions.
- Ensuring all staff are productive and complete daily tasks.
- Works with the manager and Senior Manager to plan, post, and manage monthly staff schedules.
- Works with the manager to complete employee reviews.
- Works with the manager to complete the daily tasks and end of day reports.
- Assists with marketing in the area, creating marketing folders with materials. Assisting in local events.
- Work with the manager to resolve any conflicts among staff.
- Works with the manager to conduct meetings with the staff.
- Maintain inventory and send supply order needs to manager for review.
- Take necessary disciplinary measures with approval from the Manager, Sr. Manager and HR Director.
- Be available and trained to cover any call outs with a Front Office Receptionist or Back Office Medical Assistant.
- Mentor and coach Front Desk Receptionist and Back Office Medical Assistant with the help of the manager.
- Provide training to other Front Desk and Back Office Medical Assistants on best practices with patients.
- Organize training for new staff.
- Answering patient inquiries regarding services provided as well as retail products.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Contributes to team effort by working together towards common clinic goals.
- Reply to phone calls, teams, email in a timely manner.
- Answers telephone call, identifying self and clinic/practice with proper patient triage.
- Able to assist in troubleshooting in location.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluation new equipment and techniques.
- Other assigned duties
