Position Summary

We are seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team of specialists. The ideal candidate is passionate about dermatology, patient-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with experienced providers and state-of-the-art technology.

• Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
• Compensation: $120,000 – $300,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions including acne, eczema, rashes, skin cancers, and benign growths.
• Conduct full-body skin exams and perform minor procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
• Administer cosmetic treatments including injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers) and laser procedures (training available).
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under the supervision of a board-certified dermatologist.
• Educate patients on prevention, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California, Nevada, or Arizona (or ability to obtain license).
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in dermatology will be considered.
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
• EMR proficiency (experience with EMA a plus).
