Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our Dermatology team. The ideal candidate will support physicians and nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nursing personnel with a variety of patient care activities.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with company quality control standards.
- Escort patients to exam rooms following company protocols.
- Accurately and promptly document patient care in medical records.
- Coordinate patient care under the direction of physicians and company policies.
- Process documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Prepare, stock, and sanitize exam and treatment rooms; sterilize instruments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Dermatology office with Back Office duties preferred (not required).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in any other medical specialty.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow all clinic policies, including the Dispensary Technician Policy and other established guidelines.

- Fast-paced clinical environment requiring professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Frequent patient interaction and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.
