Administrative Accounting Assistant

Administrative Assistant Duties may include but are not limited to: 

• Perform a wide variety of clerical work including the maintenance of accurate and detailed records, verifying accuracy of information, researching discrepancies, auditing, and recording information

• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. • Enroll patients in co-pay and/or patient assistant programs

. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Requirements 

• Sound judgment, critical thinking, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.

Must know YARDI.  Have commercial property management experience CAM reconciliation.

Recording deposits

Accounting experience a MUST

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care. • Excellent data entry, proofreading, and record management skills

. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
