We are committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our communities and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Practice Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:The Dermatology Regional Practice Manager will oversee multiple dermatology clinics within a designated region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strong leader with experience in healthcare management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of dermatology practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple dermatology clinics, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal patient satisfaction, and adherence to company policies. Meet regularly with providers.  Ensure ASC's are being utilized.  Schedule travel in advance each month. 

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants, nurses, and administrative personnel. Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage professional development. Review bi-weekly payroll costs per location.  Strictly manage overtime. Meet monthly with staff for development.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance across clinics, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue cycle operations. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Supply management per location. Monitor patient volume metrics. Meet monthly with directors to review reports.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure MIPS Quality measures are being met.  Ensure all clinics meet local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care and patient safety.

- Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient care, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and follow-up care. Ensure calls and messages are answered timely

- Marketing and Community Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and enhance community engagement. Build relationships with referring physicians and stakeholders.

- Performance Metrics: Analyze clinic performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies for improvement and growth.

- Technology Implementation: Oversee the adoption and utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies to enhance practice efficiency and patient engagement.Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably within a dermatology or medical specialty setting.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.- Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive operational improvements.- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in medical practice management.- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
