Experienced Leasing Agent
Job description
We are an executive suites company that provide private offices, virtual offices, shared
workspaces and conference rooms to a wide range of businesses.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. This role requires
a combination of excellent sales, communication, and organization skills to effectively
manage leasing activities and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a self
starter, capable of working independently and proactively seeking out potential
clients and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve
business objectives
• Prepare leasing materials, conduct research on potential clients, and schedule
tours
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities.
• Contact via telephone potential clients and inform them about our office space and
virtual services
• Keep records of calls and leasing contracts and note useful information
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service setting
• Cold Calling
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new
challenges
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• Energetic, positive, and friendly
• Reliable
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must Be able to pass a drug test
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
