Position of Summary

Skin and Cancer Institute is a U.S.-based dermatology group looking to hire a full-time HR Audit & Workforce Analytics Administrator based in the Philippines. This is a remote and direct-hire position. We are not a recruiting agency. The selected candidate will work directly with our company on a long-term basis. The schedule will follow U.S. Pacific Time. Healthcare or medical office experience is preferred.

This position is Philippines-based and is required to work U.S. business hours as assigned by HR leadership. The schedule must provide real-time coverage for U.S. HR operations, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, employee-file maintenance, audit follow-up, and manager-support workflows. The role requires reliable availability during the assigned U.S. shift, timely response to Teams and email communications, and advance notice for any connectivity, attendance, or schedule-impacting issue. Produces recurring workforce reports, validates HR data, conducts approved audits, documents factual exceptions, maintains employee files and dashboards as assigned, and tracks corrective-action closure for the internal HR team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Daily Audit and Exception Reporting

  • Run scheduled HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, training, recruiting, leave, workers’ compensation, credential, and staffing-compliance reports assigned by HR leadership.
  • Reconcile source reports, rosters, authorized change records, and supporting documentation using established audit tests.
  • Flag missing approvals, incomplete fields, duplicate or inconsistent records, unexplained variances, overdue actions, and repeat exceptions.
  • Prepare a concise daily audit summary showing population reviewed, exceptions found, risk level, owner, due date, and status.
  • Maintain an audit trail of the source, period, test performed, evidence reviewed, finding, escalation, and closure proof.

Workforce Analytics and Dashboards

  • Compile and quality-check recurring metrics such as headcount, turnover, vacancies, time to fill, onboarding completion, training compliance, leave volume, overtime, timekeeping exceptions, staffing submissions, and case aging.
  • Build and refresh Excel-based dashboards, scorecards, pivot tables, charts, and exception reports; support Power BI reporting as assigned.
  • Compare results across periods, locations, managers, and defined employee groups to identify patterns and recurring exceptions.
  • Document metric definitions, source systems, refresh dates, validation steps, assumptions, and known data limitations.
  • Present findings factually and neutrally, without making employment decisions or attributing intent.

HR Data Integrity and Administrative Support

  • Audit employee status, pay, job, licenses, manager, location, date, and access fields against approved source documentation.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, shared folders, evidence indexes, standard templates, and records according to SCI procedures.
  • Prepare scheduled reports, meeting materials, action logs, and follow-up reminders for the internal HR team.
  • Support document routing, acknowledgment tracking, checklist completion, and file-quality reviews.
  • Assist with employee-file maintenance as assigned, including filing approved documents, organizing electronic records, checking file completeness, identifying missing or misfiled items, and supporting retention and access-control procedures.
  • Escalate suspected privacy, security, payroll, wage-hour, leave, or recordkeeping issues immediately to designated HR leadership.
